IceTeam is born in 2006 by a moderation tool project for Camfrog Video Chat™. The three main developpers started a new project called IceOp, a tool to make the moderator's task easier. IceOp is the fruit of the fusion of three basic tools and became quickly known as a powerful weapon for moderators over Camfrog Video Chat™. this tool was offered in 5 languages.

The IceRadio project was another project from IceTeam in 2006. This webradio software allow to listen some shoutcast streams selected by a selection team. The first release offered a system of special request on 3 webradios.

The IceOp project grown fast with the second release in 2007 and reached 75,000 downloads at Download.Com. The plugin core of the second version offered to moderators some useful and some entertaining features.

IceRadio changed its name in 2007 for FreeZ Media. This new generation of webradio controller offers now to shoutcast broadcasters to be listed in the tools. The FreeZ controller also show a banner of the currently playing station.

FreeZ Media website is used for downloading the media controller and as a community for promoting amateur and professional song writers and performers. They can provide samples of their CDs and link to their own website.

IceTeam extended its range by partnering with Chat-Security.Com on the ScreenReport project. This new tool allows to anybody to report abuse they see on their screen instantly on a secured server.

IceOp third version was released in 2008. This new release offers more international supports and the plugin core now offers custom interfaces. The IceOp project, now downloaded over 125,000 times on Download.Com, gave birth to another moderator tool in 2008 called Snow, a light version of IceOp with full unicode support and multilangual system.
